To Whom It May Concern:

I am submitting an application to rent a unit from you. I have prior legal issues. I was cited for drug possession in 2/07 and charged in 10/07. This offence was in fact a class a misdemeanor. I have completed my community service dept and I’m starting a new chapter in my life.

I am now fully engaged in out-patient addiction treatment as well as mental heath though Cascadia. I no longer associated with the people I used to. I attend weeky NA meeting and have a support system in place. I have included documentation with this letter as well.

I am asking for Reasonable Accommodation around my legal history due it it being related to my disability.

I look forward to the opportunity to make this unit my home.
